Fit & sexy Body – When does a woman become too ripped

Many women are afraid to train with weights because they are afraid that they might become too muscular. And that I feel is a valid concern, which is what brought me to consider this topic, because it is important to know when a female has passed that feminine line and become too masculine.

I will like to begin by saying that by nature females are meant to have more fat than males. So a guy who is at 10% body fat might not be that ripped but if a female were to be at that body fat percentage then she is already too ripped because by nature girls have more fat percentage than guys. When females cross a certain body fat percentage, when it gets too low, this is when they start losing the fat where it’s important such as their breasts, this leads many women in fitness to have a breast augmentation surgery.

Before we continue further I would also like to state that woman, have lower testosterone levels  (woman do not have testes) than man meaning that it is more difficult for them to pack on muscle mass, but it is not impossible as there are many overly muscled women out there. Most of the time in order for women to become extremely muscular and shredded they have to use steroids to get to that condition so if you as a woman work out you should not be worried about turning into a female jay cutler.

I mean it’s good to be fit but is it worth losing your femininity and having to pay extra money just because you wanted to be as dry as possible. Being fit and sexy is different to being ripped to shreds, and veins popping everywhere.

In my opinion the perfect female physique is someone who is fit looking, slim ( bodies are not the same so some fit slim women may have those natural curves ,small waist and perfectly shaped buns) and others may not have curves because their genetics do not allow them but still look feminine somehow. Examples of such women may be Beyonce Knowles, Jessica Biel, Candice Swanepoel and a lot of other celebrities. In terms of fitness models think Miss Laura Prestin, Natalia Muntean and others as well. These women workout and are fit but they have not lost their feminine appeal.

If you look at some of the bigger women who compete at the Olympia, there is nothing attractive about those women, they have lost what it is that made them feminine before they transformed themselves and I can bet a whole lot of money on the fact that most guys do not find a female who is too buff or too ripped attractive. Some of the women at these body building competitions cannot be differentiated from men, they have big guns and their breasts are non-existent in fact we can now say they have a male-like chest.

Oh and something as small as having abs that are too ripped, deep shrink wrapped abs for females could be considered unattractive by most guys, feminine fit females have toned flat bellies with abs that are visible at time but not abs that pop out.

It is hard for some females to keep the balance between fit and feminine and too ripped and shredded but this should not be an excuse for you not to workout. Research what kind of physique you want and work towards that, if you can afford it consult a personal trainer and they should know what exercises and workouts work best for a hot feminine physique.
